What show is this?
It’s Gundam Wing! Dorothy is the pale blonde in the dark green outfit, while Relena is the darker blonde in the white shirt and they are suuuuuper slashy and one of my first f/f otps. I don’t know that I would recommend watching Gundam Wing just for them, they don’t even meet until about halfway into the series, I want to say, and tend to most often get paired with other dudes and I love the show, but it’s pretty old-school at this point and mostly focuses on five male characters (well, Relena is definitely a main character, easily one of the most central, if not THE most central, but my point is that it’s a pretty dude-heavy series, despite having a lot of great female characters) and it’s mecha anime.
I feel badly warning away from the show, because I do really love it, though, and I totally want Dorothy and Relena getting their faces all up in each others’ junk, which fandom doesn’t give me nearly often enough. ):
